Magnum::Vk::BufferImageCopy3D class new in Git master

Convenience constructor for buffer / 3D image copy region.

Compared to the base BufferImageCopy constructor sets imageSubresource.baseArrayLayer to 0 and imageSubresource.layerCount to 1.

Equivalent to calling BufferImageCopy3D(UnsignedLong, UnsignedInt, UnsignedInt, ImageAspect, Int, const Range3Di&) with bufferRowLength and bufferImageHeight set to 0.
