Magnum::Vk::CopyBufferToImageInfo2D class new in Git master

Convenience constructor for a buffer to 2D image copy command.

Compared to the base CopyBufferToImageInfo constructor accepts a list of BufferImageCopy2D convenience structures that are more suited for copying 2D images. See Copying image data for example usage of these convenience classes.
