Left-aligned column layout using SnapLayouter.

Places children in a column from top to bottom, aligned to the left. Meant to be used through concrete a typedef such as SnapLayoutColumnLeft.

Calls setChildSnap() with Snap::BottomLeft|Snap::InsideX and addFlags() with SnapLayoutFlag::PropagateMarginX and PropagateMarginY unless IgnoreOverflowX and IgnoreOverflowY is already specified in given direction.
