Top-aligned row layout using SnapLayouter.

Places children in a row from left to right, aligned to the top. Meant to be used through concrete a typedef such as SnapLayoutRowTop.

Calls setChildSnap() with Snap::TopRight|Snap::InsideY and addFlags() with SnapLayoutFlag::PropagateMarginX and PropagateMarginY unless IgnoreOverflowX and IgnoreOverflowY is already specified in given direction.
