Row layout using SnapLayouter.

Places children in a row from left to right, aligned to the center vertically. Meant to be used through concrete a typedef such as SnapLayoutRow.

Calls setChildSnap() with Snap::Right and addFlags() with SnapLayoutFlag::PropagateMarginX and PropagateMarginY unless IgnoreOverflowX and IgnoreOverflowY is already specified in given direction.
